Are Grinex products actually compostable, or just biodegradable?
100% compostable. We’re certified by CPCB, CIPET, and tested against IS/ISO 17088 standards. “Biodegradable” is a marketing term — “compostable” is a science. Our products break down in 180 days into water, CO₂, and biomass with no microplastic residue.
MOQs depend on the product category — usually starting at 5,000 to 10,000 units for standard SKUs. Smaller pilot orders are possible for first-time partners. For custom-branded packaging, the MOQ is slightly higher. Talk to our team and we’ll work out a starting volume that fits your operations.
Yes — across most of our product range. We offer custom printing in single or multi-colour, with your logo, brand name, and messaging. Lead times typically run 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. MOQs for custom-branded orders are higher than standard SKUs. Share your requirements and we’ll send a printing proposal.
180 days under industrial composting conditions, as mandated by CPCB and IS/ISO 17088. They break down completely into water, CO₂, and biomass — no microplastics, no toxic residue. In home composting setups, breakdown takes slightly longer but is just as complete. Real return to the earth, not fragmentation into invisible plastic.
